About Receipt Downloads
Dear NetChai members, thank you for your continued support.
Starting today (July 1, 2026), customers who pay by credit card or PayPal can download receipts (compliant with the qualified invoice system) from the “Receipt Download” page on your Dashboard.
For overseas customers (paying via Stripe)
You can download your receipt from Stripe’s receipt download page. Please use the link in the “Receipt” email that Stripe sends you after your payment.

For bank transfer and Chinese yuan (RMB) payments, receipts can be downloaded for payments made on or after July 1, 2026 (Wed).
For payments made before that date, please contact customer support using the link below, as before.
