About Receipt Downloads
Dear NetChai members, thank you very much for your continued use of NetChai.
Starting today (July 1, 2026), customers who pay by credit card or PayPal can now download their own receipts (compliant with the qualified invoice system) from the “Receipt Download” page in My Page.
For customers using our service from overseas (payments via Stripe)
You can download your receipt from Stripe’s receipt download page. Please use the link in the “Receipt” email that Stripe sends you after your payment.

For bank transfer and Chinese yuan (RMB) payments, receipts are available for download for payments made on or after July 1, 2026 (Wed).
For payments made before that date, please contact customer support as before using the link below.
