Consumer-Oriented Management Declaration
(1) Our Philosophy
Through our online Chinese school NetChai, we create a place where everyone who wants to learn Chinese can keep learning at a comfortable pace in their daily life. We refine our service starting from the voices of our learners, and contribute to society by increasing the number of people who connect Japan and China.
(2) Our Commitments
A) Listening to everyone's voice and acting on it
- After every lesson, learners can rate the lesson on a five-point scale and leave a comment. Ratings are tallied for each tutor and published without alteration.
- We share the opinions and requests received through our contact form within the company and use them to improve how lessons are conducted, our teaching materials, and our booking and learning systems.
- We build systems that let learners study in a way that suits their environment, such as offering a choice of several tools for taking lessons.
B) Working for the future and the next generation
- We offer a Kids Chinese Course for children learning Chinese for the first time, and a Yuwen (Chinese language arts) Course so that children of Chinese families living in Japan can keep learning their family's language.
- We publish free materials and tools that help with learning Chinese, such as a pinyin converter and an HSK level check.
- Our tutors teach from home, and our staff in Japan also work while raising children. We build a workplace where each person can work for a long time in a way that fits their life.
C) Complying with laws and strengthening corporate governance
- Learners and tutors are shown to each other by nickname on our site, and we manage personal information appropriately in accordance with our privacy policy.
- So that our tutors can teach with peace of mind, we have established rules prohibiting sexual harassment and respond firmly to any violation.
- We comply with consumer-related laws and check within the company that the statements and explanations on our site are accurate.
This declaration is published in line with the purpose of the Consumer Affairs Agency's "Consumer-Oriented Management Declaration and Follow-up Activities." We will review and publish the status of our efforts regularly.
