* We recruit tutors in line with the number of registered students, but bookings are first-come, first-served, and a specific tutor may not be available at certain times. In that case, please take a lesson with another tutor. - Lesson Quality
- If your connection is poor due to internet issues or the like, please let your tutor know. If the applicable conditions are met, we will arrange a rescheduled lesson.
- About the Products

There are no physical "products" as defined by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. All lessons are conducted online.
Original learning materials are provided free of charge. Commercially available textbooks must be purchased by the student. - Cancellation and Refunds

As a rule, payments for both monthly plans and point plans are non-refundable.
To cancel your membership, please contact us no later than 2 days before your next payment date via the Contact Form , selecting "Joining / Leaving NetChai" as the inquiry type.
