to full membership: how it works
Prepare the tool for your lessons
You can take lessons with VooV Meeting, WeChat, or NetChai Meeting. Please choose whichever is most convenient for you.
- * VooV Meeting and WeChat each require app installation and account registration.
- * NetChai Meeting requires no installation or account creation (just your NetChai membership).
If you use VooV MeetingInstall required
VooV Meeting（ヴーヴ・ミーティング／腾讯会议）はTencent社が提供するビデオミーティングツールで、
「中国版のZoom」として知られており、無料でインターネットを経由して快適に会話することができます。
VooV Meetingをダウンロードする
- VooV Meetingアプリは下のボタンから無料でダウンロードできます（Windows・Mac・iPhone・Android対応）。
VooV Meetingをインストールする
- (Windows / Mac app)
ダウンロードしてきたファイルをダブルクリックします。言語を選ぶ画面が出たら「日本語」を選び、画面の指示に従って先へ進んでください。 - 【iPhone・iPad／Android】
App Store／Google Playで「VooV Meeting」と検索してインストールしてください。
VooV Meetingのアカウントを登録する
- アプリを立ち上げて「Sign Up（新規登録）」に進み、メールアドレスと、メールで届く6桁の認証コードでアカウントを作成します。
- 表示名（Name）は、ネトチャイのユーザー名（ログインに使うお名前）にしていただくと、講師がどなたか分かりやすいのでおすすめです。本名を登録する必要はありません。

How to install VooV Meeting and create an account
If you use NetChai MeetingNo install needed
- NetChai Meeting is our own video call tool that requires no app installation or account creation. With just your NetChai membership, you can take lessons directly in your PC or smartphone browser.

If you use WeChatInstall required
- If you regularly use WeChat, you can also take lessons via WeChat video call. Please install the app, register an account in advance, and connect with your teacher on WeChat.
- We recommend setting your display name to your NetChai username (the name you use to log in) so your teacher can easily identify you.
Log In to NetChai
- Sign up for a free trial using the button below.
- After signing up, check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.
Book a Trial Lesson
- After logging in, go to "Lesson Booking" in the left menu, choose your tutor, and click "Book" for a time that suits you. (All times shown are Japan time.)
Take Your Trial Lesson
- レッスン開始時刻になりましたら、会員メニュー「レッスン」＞「予約一覧・直近履歴」に表示されている担当講師の会議番号（3桁-3桁-4桁の番号）と「VooV Meeting に入室」ボタンから、講師のミーティングルームにご入室ください。
- 事前にVooV Meetingへログインした状態でお待ちいただくとスムーズです。入室時にマイク・カメラの許可を求められたら「許可」を選んでください。
- 講師がまだミーティングを開始していない場合は「ホストの参加を待っています」と表示されます。そのまま少しお待ちください。開始時刻を1〜2分過ぎても始まらない場合は、「予約一覧・直近履歴」のメッセージ機能で講師にご連絡をお願いいたします。

- Your first two lessons are free after signing up.
Become a Member
- After your two free trial lessons, log in and purchase your preferred lesson plan under "Payment" in the student menu.
- Once support confirms your application, we will register you as a full member.
