Teams
installation
Teams is Microsoft's successor to Skype —
a free calling app that lets you talk with anyone in the world over the internet.
Install Teams
- (Windows / Mac app)
Double-click the downloaded installer (.exe/.pkg) and follow the on-screen instructions.
Find your Microsoft account in Teams
- (Windows app)
Left-click the round icon at the top right of Teams. Your email address — your Microsoft account — appears to its right. - (Mac app)

Become a
Log in
- Sign up for a free trial using the button below.
- After signing up, check your email and click the verification link to activate your account.
Take a
Book
- After logging in, go to "Lesson Booking" in the left menu, choose your tutor, and click "Book" for a time that suits you. (All times shown are Japan time.)
Take a
trial lesson
- Your tutor will typically send a Teams invitation at least 10 minutes before the lesson. If you see a notification like "N requests" at the top left of Teams, check for an invitation from your tutor. Select the tutor's account and click "Accept."
- Your tutor will call you on Teams at the start time. Log in to Teams in advance and wait for the call.
- Occasionally the invitation or call may not come through. If your tutor hasn't called within one minute of the start time, please call the tutor yourself.
- Your first two lessons are free after signing up.
Full member of NetChai
- After your two free trial lessons, log in and purchase your preferred lesson plan under "Payment" in the student menu.
- Once support confirms your application, we will register you as a full member.
