Undelivered Emails: Causes and Solutions

Some customers using free email services such as Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Outlook, and Hotmail, or mobile carrier email addresses, have reported that emails from NetChai are not arriving.

About Undelivered Emails

These free email services and mobile carrier addresses are common targets for spam, so as an anti-spam measure each mail server automatically filters incoming messages into the spam folder or deletes them outright. As a result, many important emails frequently fail to arrive.

We use an external email delivery system to ensure safe and reliable delivery, achieving a delivery rate of over 99%. However, these delivery failures result from each email provider's own rules and policies, and some are caused by issues that even the email providers themselves are unaware of, so it is difficult for us to resolve them completely.

What to do when emails do not arrive

If you do not receive our reply email, please check the following and try these solutions.

Solutions for All Email Services

First, check your spam folder and trash

Our emails may have been automatically sorted into your spam folder or trash by spam-prevention features, so if you do not receive a reply, please check your spam folder or trash first.

Please allow emails from our addresses (@netchai.com, @netchai.jp) in your settings (filter settings / safe list / whitelist)

If you find our emails in your spam folder or trash, please mark them as "not spam" in the settings of your email software or service.

Below are solutions for each individual email service.

Yahoo Mail (@Yahoo.co.jp)

With Yahoo Mail, our messages often end up in the spam folder. In rare cases, however, they may be deleted without ever being classified as spam. If you have contacted us twice and received no reply within 24 hours, please contact us from a different email address.

Expected emails are not arriving (Yahoo Mail Help)

Gmail（@gmail.com）

Adding us to your contacts will allow you to receive our emails. In Google Contacts, please add our email address "customer[at]netchai.com" (replace "[at]" with "@") to your contacts. Please also refer to the help page below.

Legitimate emails are marked as spam (Gmail Help)

Outlook email (@outlook.jp, @outlook.com) and Hotmail (@hotmail.com)

Because the spam criteria are strict, emails we send may be deleted before they are received. In such cases, they are deleted outright without being placed in the spam folder. If you have contacted us twice and received no reply within 24 hours, please contact us from a different email address.

Unable to send or receive email on Outlook.com (Microsoft)

Apple Mail (@icloud.com, etc.)

Email addresses associated with iCloud.com (@icloud.com, @me.com, etc.) also have strict spam filters, and our emails may end up in the spam folder. In addition, emails containing website URLs may be deleted outright without even reaching the spam folder, and never arrive. Here too, if you have contacted us twice and received no reply within 24 hours, please contact us from a different email address.
