Bio:: Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I'm Eri, originally from Shikoku. I currently live in the capital of Panda's hometown. I'm a graduate of Nanjing University of Industry and am certified at Level 2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. I now work for a Japanese company. My hobbies include knitting, music, and sports. Besides that, I really love cooking, and I'm particularly skilled at Sichuan cuisine ^^ My personality is straightforward, cheerful, and I get along well with people.

I'm so delighted that NetChai can teach me Chinese. I want to do my best for everyone who is interested in learning Chinese! From now on, let's enjoy learning Chinese together with NetChai! I'm looking forward to it ^_^

I struggled for 25 minutes with Chinese I couldn't understand. When I signed up for NetChai, I was hoping for an approach that wouldn't be all Chinese. So if Japanese isn't spoken, I wish the tutor would make an effort—like using the chat box to confirm understanding—to help me grasp the material.
Since the tutor has a bright personality, I find free talk sessions enjoyable. If you mention in your request that "it's okay even if the speaking speed is fast," they will expose you to machine gun talk.
During the first lesson, even though I explained my intention to learn Chinese characters, it took a long time for that to come across to the tutor.
The tutor is bright and energetic, which made the lessons enjoyable for me as well. Thank you so much for teaching me various things so enthusiastically.

Booking & Lesson Guidelines

Bookings open up to 2 hours before the lesson OK.
Cancel up to 1 hour before lesson , please press the cancel button. Once less than 1 hour remains, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please notify your instructor of your absence via "Message the Instructor" in your reservation list.
In unavoidable circumstances, a tutor may need to cancel a lesson. If the lesson can't be held that day, customer support will arrange a substitute tutor or reschedule the lesson.
When the lesson start time comes, please start the lesson with the tool you selected when booking. For VooV Meeting / NetChai Meeting, enter the room from the "Lessons" menu > "Bookings & History"; for WeChat, please wait for the instructor’s call.
If the tutor is unable to reach you within 10 minutes after the lesson start time, the lesson will be treated as an absence and canceled.
If your tutor hasn't called within 1 minute of the start time , we kindly ask you to contact the instructor yourself. Depending on the connection, you may not be able to reach the instructor. (The instructor’s contact details and meeting number are shown in "Bookings & History".) If you cannot reach the instructor, please use the Contact Us to contact us.
Occasionally, tutors may face issues such as power outages or network failures. We respond as quickly as possible, but if multiple tutors are affected at once, there may be a delay. In that case, your lesson will be rescheduled — please contact Customer Support.
