Student reviews (latest 100):
  • Thank you so much for always teaching me so carefully. I really appreciate it.
  • Thank you so much.
  • Thank you so much.
  • I heard that Teacher Ma resigned suddenly, and I feel very sorry about it. However, I hope your next job goes smoothly and as you wish.
  • Thank you so much for your kind guidance.
  • Thank you so much for your kind guidance.
  • Thank you so much.
  • In the lesson, I learned many new vocabulary words, such as "暗号" (secret code), "就连九族" (even the nine kinships), and "扑克牌" (playing cards), and so on.
  • Yes, "The Art of War" and "The Five Classics" are must-read books that the company's founder should definitely read when managing the business!
  • In class, I learned a new vocabulary word, "boil eggs," but actually now I think that's steamed eggs.
  • Kurokawa Onsen's specialty is "入汤手形" (hot spring hand stamp), but I found that explanation method quite difficult!
  • I was moved by the very easy-to-understand explanation of "毕竟" which I hadn't been able to understand until now. (The explanations of other vocabulary were also easy to understand.) The teacher taught me example sentences in Chinese and explained how to use them, as well as what the nuances feel like when expressed in Japanese. The teacher had a wonderful smile, was very kind, and the lessons were enjoyable.
  • I still find Chinese pronunciation quite difficult, and that subtle sound quality is easy to miss.
  • In class, I learned that "Tao Quan Ming" and "Tao Qian" are the same person.
  • I learned a lot of Chinese expressions and vocabulary through NetChai, such as "越往上越孤独" (the higher you climb, the lonelier it gets) and "阻挡外敌入侵" (to block foreign enemies from invading). The tutor was very patient and helpful in explaining these nuanced phrases.
  • Please teach me again!
  • In class, I learned how to express Chinese naturally, just like "getting your foot in the door."
  • In class, I learned about the fact that Beijing's representative dim sum is "稲香村" (稲香村).
  • During the lesson, I reviewed Chinese vocabulary words, specifically "朴素" (simple/plain) and "平等" (equality).
  • In the lesson, I learned about the characteristics of Jingdezhen porcelain, which are "white as jade, bright as a mirror, thin as paper, and resonant as a chime."
  • During the lesson, I learned about the cooking methods used for beef in China, specifically "土豆炖牛肉" (beef stewed with potatoes) and "西红柿牛肉锅" (beef and tomato hot pot). They both sound so delicious!
  • The teacher introduced their travel stories and photos to me, which was wonderful. I had made that request quite some time ago, so I'm truly grateful that they remembered and kept their promise so faithfully.
  • During the lesson, I learned how to explain the character "镇" (zhèn), specifically the "镇" in "镇压" (zhènyā).
  • I explained the difference between pottery and porcelain during the lesson, but it didn't go so well!
  • During the lesson, I learned an idiom: "家喻户晓" (jiā yù hù xiǎo), which means widely known or familiar to every household.
  • Unfortunately, there were some issues with Skype connection along the way, but during the lesson I learned a great explanation of the character "野" - as in "田野" (field/countryside) - and that was really helpful.
  • I think "トリュフ" and "松露" are the same type of fungus, but they seem to be different species in terms of computer intelligence. Which one is it really?
  • I really appreciate you listening to what I have to say so carefully. Even when I fumble through topics, you respond with such a welcoming atmosphere that makes me feel comfortable.
  • During the lesson, I learned about Ming Taizu, Zhu Yuanzhang.
  • I learned how to express 'being stuck' in Chinese, which is like this: "一端被堵住了".
  • I learned about Chinese lemon production areas, which are "Sichuan", "Yunnan", "Guangxi", and "Fujian".
  • During the lesson, I realized something about myself. Being able to explain the difference between "鸡肉天妇罗" and "炸鸡块" to everyone in a clear way turned out to be really important.
  • I apologize for the late response
  • I was struggling because the tutor hardly corrected my typing.
  • I was struggling because they barely did any typing corrections for me.
  • During the lesson, I learned the fact that Chinese people generally don't eat beef and snails.
  • I was able to have a fun conversation. I also learned the phrase <運動白痴> (someone who is bad at sports). Regarding my cat's name being <飯團:fan4tuan4>, I knew this word before, but when it comes up naturally in conversation like this, it really sticks in my memory.
  • In Japan, you can usually find canned "mackerel" at reasonable prices in the market, but I haven't been able to find canned "sea bream" anywhere yet - it might not be available anymore.
  • I always feel motivated to study in her bright and enjoyable lessons.
  • I learned the expression "肉质很紧实" (firm and tight texture), and I feel like it's just like "筋道" (chewy texture)!
  • I learned how to explain the character "田" from the tutor - as in "田地の田" (field/farmland), "田野の田" (countryside), and "田字格の田" (character grid). The teaching method was very clear and easy to understand.
  • I was always able to enjoy the lessons. Since the tutor adjusts to my pace and teaches me, I was able to learn without feeling anxious. The tutor listens to me so kindly and naturally, which makes me smile. Thank you so much.
  • I learned about the differences between administrative divisions in Japan and China.
  • The teacher is very bright and cheerful, and they freely steered our conversations and topics during the lessons.
  • I learned how to express myself in a way that is "full of cultural flavor," which is like putting the right impression of Kyoto into people's minds.
  • During the lesson, I finally understood the meaning of "玉桂" (the "玉桂" part) in "玉桂狗", which means "cinnamon" in Japanese (シナモン). I think that makes perfect sense.
  • Occasionally having a bitter bean
  • She teaches politely and carefully, making learning enjoyable.
  • I learned place names in Dalian Software Park from NetChai because that area is a special zone where science companies gather!
  • The pronunciation practice was really good.
  • Practicing conversations that include pinyin was really helpful for me. It was great.
  • Thank you for teaching me so carefully. You create example sentences using basic texts and adapt them to my level, which is very helpful. Your pronunciation is excellent, so I can study comfortably even when I don't understand everything.
