Important Notes on Booking and Taking Lessons

• Bookings open Up to 1 hour before the lesson OK.
• Cancellations within 1 hour of lesson start incur a penalty. , so please be careful. For monthly plans, the penalty shortens your plan by one day; for point plans, points are deducted. Cancellations up to 1 hour before the lesson start incur no penalty.
• In unavoidable circumstances, a lesson may be canceled by the tutor. If the lesson can no longer be held that day, our customer support team will arrange a substitute tutor or reschedule the lesson.
• Your tutor will call you on Teams at lesson time. Keep your Teams status set to online while you wait.
• If the tutor is unable to reach you within 10 minutes after the lesson start time, the lesson will be treated as an absence and canceled.
• If your tutor hasn't called 3 minutes after the lesson start time , please call your tutor. Depending on Teams status, the tutor's call may not connect. (Their Teams account is listed on your My page.) If you cannot reach your tutor,Contact Form to contact us.
• Occasionally, tutors may face issues such as power outages or network failures. We respond as quickly as possible, but if multiple tutors are affected at once, there may be a delay. In that case, your lesson will be rescheduled — please contact Customer Support.
• Support via Teams is limited to cases in which our customer support team needs to contact you in an emergency.
