You can now book and take lessons on VooV Meeting
Today, Monday, July 13, 2026, we started accepting bookings and lessons with our new lesson tool, VooV Meeting (Tencent Meeting).
As announced earlier, following the end of personal Teams in China, NetChai has adopted VooV Meeting as its main lesson tool in place of Teams. We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy your lessons on VooV Meeting.
💡 What is VooV Meeting?
VooV Meeting (Tencent Meeting) is a video meeting tool developed by Tencent, known as the Chinese equivalent of Zoom. It is widely used for school parent meetings, internal and inter-company meetings in China, and meetings between Chinese and overseas companies, making it a very familiar tool in China.
Its sound quality and connection stability are excellent and it is very easy to use, so you can enjoy lessons that are more comfortable than ever.
Today, Monday, July 13, 2026, we started accepting bookings and lessons on VooV Meeting. You can select VooV Meeting from the booking screen in Bookings & History.
Booking and taking lessons on Teams will be available until Friday, July 24. If you have not done so yet, please install VooV Meeting and create an account before then.
If you set "Preferred tool" to VooV Meeting under "Lesson Details", VooV Meeting will be pre-selected on the booking confirmation screen, so you will not have to choose it each time.
How to use VooV Meeting
WeChat and NetChai Meeting remain available as before.
With the introduction of VooV Meeting, our entire team will work to provide an even more comfortable and stable lesson environment than before.
