Important Notes on Booking and Taking Lessons
- Lessons can be booked up to 2 hours before the lesson start time.
- To cancel a lesson, please click the cancel button at least one hour before the lesson. Cancellations cannot be made less than one hour in advance; in that case, please let your tutor know you will be absent via a Teams chat message.
- In unavoidable circumstances, a lesson may be canceled by the tutor. If the lesson can no longer be held that day, our customer support team will arrange a substitute tutor or reschedule the lesson.
- At the start of the lesson, your tutor will call you on Teams, so please log in to Teams and wait. (If your status is not online, the call from your tutor may not connect.)
- If the tutor is unable to reach you within 10 minutes after the lesson start time, the lesson will be treated as an absence and canceled.
- If you have not received a call from your tutor within one minute after the lesson start time, we kindly ask that you call the tutor yourself. Depending on the state of Teams, a call from the tutor may fail to connect. (Your tutor's Microsoft account for Teams is shown in the lesson booking list on your "My Page.") If you cannot reach your tutor, please contact us via Contact Form . We will check the situation and get back to you.
- On rare occasions, a tutor may experience problems such as a power outage or network failure. We will normally respond right away, but if several tutors experience problems at the same time, we may not be able to respond in time. In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled, so please contact our customer support team.
- Support via Teams is limited to cases in which our customer support team needs to contact you in an emergency.
